Timeline & Deliverables

Our Web Design + Content service takes an approximated three to four weeks to execute from client briefing to final launch, assuming all requirements are submitted on time and the revisions on each review are minimal.

Most web development projects take time due to the lack of feedback from the client. While we want to create your website as fast as we can, we would also need your cooperation by always providing your feedback when needed within the process.

Our Website Design & Development Process

  • CLIENT INTAKE AND BRANDING

After receiving the completed intake form or completed a client briefing call, we begin branding the website with the necessary digital imaging requirements. This is inclusive of any company logo, company business profile, fonts, colors, and images provided by the business.

  • CONTENT INTEGRATION

We integrate the content provided according to our page layouts for our basic web design. Once we’ve completed the branding phase of our web build, we integrate the content provided using the chosen template’s inner-page layout which includes the Home Page, About Us Page, Contact Page, and up to two pages of client’s choice.

  • 1ST REVISION CYCLE

Once we’ve completed the branding and content integration, we submit the version of the new website for review. We provide you insight into the website in preparation for your first revision phase and go over possible revisions and areas for improvement.

The first revision implementations should focus on the following feedback if required:

    • Removal of sections, if any

    • Color scheme

    • Fonts

    • Layout

  • During the first revision stage is a great opportunity to review the content and branding to make sure everything is in alignment. We focus on the feedback above to ensure we're on the right track for getting your website up and running.

  • 2ND REVISION CYCLE

During the second revision phase, we focus on the following feedback points, and if a revision is required, the implementation will follow accordingly:

    • Image Changes

    • Content Integration

    • Banner Elements

    • Social Media Links

  • PRE-LAUNCH QUALITY ASSURANCE

Once the revisions have been conducted and the necessary implementations completed, our Quality Assurance team scores the website and performs an in-depth review, ensuring the website is mobile-friendly and dynamically responsive for modern browsers and devices.

  • WEBSITE MIGRATION

Once our Q&A team and developers complete the Quality Assurance process, we begin migrating the site to your host provider. During this period, our developers will require the access to hosting so please ensure the access credentials and tokens have been provided.

  • POST-LAUNCH QUALITY ASSURANCE AND HANDOVER

Once the site has been migrated, our Quality Assurance team goes through the site once more to ensure the site is fully functional and working as intended through our predefined checklist, we give full access to the site login credentials. From then on we’re available for 24/7 web development support.

  • REQUIREMENTS

Below are the key requirements we need to efficiently start the web build to have the best turnaround time for you to really impress your clients. We strongly recommend at the end of the pitch to the client, to request the requirements while preparing the contract. Here are the access requirements:

    • Approved Template, Colors and Typography

    • Provided Content and Existing Assets

    • Selected and Approved Shutterstock Images or In House Photography (dependent on location)

    • Logo And Branding Material

Web Development FAQs

1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A WEBSITE?

Our website development process normally take approximately 2 weeks to complete for the Basic Web Design Package, approximately 3 to 4 weeks for the Basic Web Design plus Content Package, and depending on the scope of the web development, 4 to 6 weeks or more for the Advanced Web Design Package. Please note that these timelines can be met as long as all requirements (intake forms, payment, content, access credentials, etc.) are provided to us before the design phase begins.

2. WILL THE WEB PROJECT START AS SOON AS I MAKE PAYMENT?

Quality and speed of delivery are both important to us. Payment is part of the requirements needed to create the project timeline which defines the start date and finish dates of each stage of the web development cycle. Once we've received all requirements (intake forms, payment, content, access credentials, etc.), we can generate the project timeline within 24 hours. We highly recommend that all requirements are ready before payment as this helps our team complete the project within scope and the given timeline.

3. WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST FOR A WEBSITE?

There are many factors that influence the cost of any given website. Our website packaged solutions range from $800 - $1800. Today, the industry average for a fully functional small business website averages anywhere from $2,250 to $10,000 (Webpagefx.com).

4. DOES THIS INCLUDE HOSTING?

The website design packages do not include hosting. They only cover the website build and the site's launch as well as 24/7 of support after final launch. We always point clients to Bluehost for the fastest & cheapest domain hosting.

5. WHAT TECHNOLOGIES DO YOU USE TO BUILD YOUR WEBSITES?

We use either WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, or ClickFunnels to build your website. All our themes also use Page Builders which allow our clients to easily build pages tweak things with ease, with unlimited layouts, through a drag and drop user interface, without the need for coding knowledge whatsoever on either of the softwares listed above that we work with.

6. WHERE WILL YOU BUILD MY WEBSITE?

We create a white label hosting environment for your clients. The URL will be provided to you once we've completed our initial QA.

7. HOW MANY REVISIONS CAN I GET AND WHAT KIND OF REVISIONS CAN I REQUEST?

We value our client's insights and input. Your project includes two (2) main revision rounds. The 1st round of revisions happens after the staging site or initial design is provided, we give our client 24 to 48 hours to provide all the design related revisions they need. The 2nd or last round of revisions happens after the content integration is completed and our client has provided all the content related.

8. CAN I GET ACCESS TO MY SITE WHILE THE SITE IS BEING BUILT?

We strongly discourage providing access to the site during the development phase. The credentials to the site are only turned over once they are hosted in the client server, after the final walkthrough and approval.

9. WHAT ACCESS TO SUPPORT WILL I HAVE ONCE THE WEBSITE IS LIVE?

We are on standby 24/7 for support from the moment the first payment is made and on. For assistance or questions about our service, contact us!
