I’ve had to reach out to ClickFunnels support multiple times with different obstacles I ran into. They don’t usually respond immediately, but they always respond within 2 or 3 days.
It’s worth being patient for a response because they don’t give those cheesy, automated responses you sometimes get from support where they send you to an article to read (that you probably already found on yourself on Google). The ClickFunnels support team understands that their software is not perfectly easy to understand all of the time.
Does ClickFunnels have an active community?
ClickFunnels has an incredible Facebook community full of encouraging entrepreneurs that are willing to help each other out.
I recently posted a few questions to the Facebook community and multiple people reached out to respond to my concern.
There is a general feeling of camaraderie and everyone being encouraged to help one another out and rise like a tide inside of the ClickFunnels Facebook group.

While you have the ability to customize extensively within ClickFunnels, many people use similar default and templates designs. Considering the popularity of ClickFunnels, this had led to a less credible appearance for uncustomized funnels.
ClickFunnels offers a small section in the settings of each funnel where you can input target SEO keywords. I found the meta data options were limited and as a result, I saw little first page SEO results on Google until a few weeks after publishing. ClickFunnels is not ideal if you are intending to build a web page to rank in Google for specific keywords.
The ClickFunnels Startup Plan limits you to 20 funnels, 100 pages, and 20,000 page visitors. I don’t appreciate the limitation but understand why SaaS (Software as a Service) companies do this.
If your a solopreneur, you won’t likely run into these limitations. However, agencies and larger businesses running various marketing campaigns may have to upgrade plans to fully benefit from ClickFunnels.
